Superheroes have long been made to hang up their tights thanks to the government-sponsored Keene Act, but that all changes with the death of The Comedian (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a robust ex-hero commando whose mysterious free fall out a window perks the interest of one of the country's last remaining vigilantes, Rorschach (Jackie Earle Haley). His investigation leads him to caution many of his other former costumed colleagues, including Dr. Manhattan, Night Owl (Patrick Wilson), Ozymandias (Matthew Goode), Sally Jupiter (Carla Gugino), and her daughter, The Silk Spectre (Malin Akerman).

Heralded for bringing the world of superheroes into the literary world, Watchmen gave the super-powered mythos a real-life grounding that had been missing in mainstream comics to that point. The film adaptation had languished in one form of development hell or another for years after the book's release, with various directors on and off the project, including Terry Gilliam, David Hayter, and Darren Aronofsky, as well as Paul Greengrass, whose eventual dismissal stemmed from budget conflicts with the studio.

This two-reel production was a filmed record of a submarine expedition, financed and undertaken by Earnest and George's father, Captain Charles Williamson. During the storm Daddy is beaten by lightning and the event left him incapacitated as a child's emotional and mental. Grammi was convinced that my dad was stricken by God to punish Lewellen for their alleged sins with Buddy. Lewellen's Daddy becomes caretaker and his dysfunctional relationship becomes even more pronounced, Lewellen become the parent and child Daddy. Without any guidance, Lewellen begins to move into dangerous terrain. When Elvis Presley comes to town for a concert, Lewellen is desperate to go but has no money for a ticket.

Therefore, Buddy Lewellen tricks in dancing and singing as Elvis for Boy's wood in exchange for tickets that have to the concert. During impersonation, wood Boy attacks Lewellen and leaves behind his innocence. Lewellen descent into the cycle of abuse and their own quest for self-destruction begins. It's just that Charles can see the spirit in Lewellen and save his soul. The taught to use his music, "the Blues", to turn their tragedy into a gift.

25-year-old Wes (James McAvoy) was the most disaffected, cube-dwelling drone the planet had ever known. Until he met a woman named Fox (Angelina Jolie). After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL-E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE.
